Washington, D.C. (February 18, 2025) – SHIA is thrilled to announce the launch of "A Taste of Adventure," an exclusive new dinner series in collaboration with YETI. This highly anticipated series is dedicated to spotlighting rising female chefs from across the country, providing a platform to share their artistry, culinary vision, and personal stories through an intimate, one-night-only dining experience.
The inaugural dinner will take place on February 24, 2025, featuring the exceptional Chef Liliana Myers from Denver, Colorado. A graduate of The LEE Initiative’s Women Culinary and Spirits Program, Chef Liliana has been recognized for her bold approach to flavor and technique, crafting dishes that are both soulful and refined.
Guests will experience a carefully curated five-course menu, showcasing Chef Liliana’s innovative take on seasonal ingredients and classic inspirations. Featured dishes include:
- Seared Duck Breast – a masterful balance of flavors and textures
- Oxtail Kreplach – a soulful, elevated interpretation of a classic
- Meyer Lemon Millefeuille – delicate pastry layers with vibrant citrus notes
